A Family Kitchen on the High Street
Al Dente started with a simple idea: cook the food we grew up eating, and cook it properly. Every batch of pasta is rolled by hand, our sauces simmer for hours rather than minutes, and our pizza dough proves slowly overnight for a lighter, more flavourful base.
We keep our supplier list short and our standards high: fresh vegetables, good flour and proper Italian staples, so every plate tastes the way it should. Whether you are popping in for a quick lunch or settling in for a long Saturday dinner with the family, we want it to feel like coming home.
