What We Bake
Everything on the counter is made by hand on site, most of it before the doors even open at nine.
Cakes
Layer cakes, traybakes and something different most weeks, always finished properly. Order ahead for birthdays, celebrations, or absolutely no reason at all.
Coffee
Proper coffee, roasted here in Devon and made with care, from a classic flat white to a slow pour over. There is always a pot of tea on, too.
Breakfast & Lunch
Eggs on toasted sourdough, soup with a warm roll, and a lunch board that changes with whatever is best that day.
Our Story
A working bakery, brought back to life
This building on Cullompton's High Street spent years as a working bakery, and the ovens have barely had time to cool. Original brick and old timber sit alongside a brighter, more contemporary fit out, kept honest rather than overdone.
Chris and Miranda lead a small, slightly flour dusted team who bake from scratch every day and buy from Devon suppliers wherever they can. There is always a table free for anyone who fancies a decent coffee and five minutes to themselves.
